Delivery

We aim to ship orders on the day they’re placed or the next working day. UK orders should arrive within 3 working days and overseas items within 1 week of dispatch. Although we’ll make every effort to get your orders to you quickly we can’t be held responsible for failure to deliver within the time estimates given. Please remember that once orders leave us they’re at they mercy of the postal services.

UK

Delivery within the UK costs £5 and we use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. The delivery has to be signed for so please give a delivery address where someone will be available to do that.

EU

Delivery within the EU costs £10 and is we use Royal Mail’s International Signed For service. You should normally receive your order within 3-5 working days and it has to be signed for so please give a delivery address where someone will be available to do that.

Rest of World

Delivery to the rest of the world costs £15 and we use Royal Mail’s International Signed For service. You should normally receive your order within 3-7 working days and it has to be signed for so please give a delivery address where someone will be available to do that.

Please remember that duties and taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We just can’t predict or control that.
