Returns & Exchanges (Online Purchases)
For return of online purchases, you should request a Return Authorisation from us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery. We can’t accept the return of earrings (for hygiene reasons) or any item that has been worn.
Return items should be packed carefully and we suggest that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection (such as Royal Mail's Special Delivery service).
Return items should be shipped back to us within 7 days of Returns Authorisation being given.
Each item is guaranteed for 6 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, given normal use. Items damaged or broken as a result of abnormal use, abuse or negligence (eg. worn in water, swimming pools, perfume on pearls, put through washing machines, dropped on hard floors, torn or eaten by children, pets etc.).will not be covered.
We cannot accept responsibility for postage costs or for any items lost or stolen in transit. Any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside the EU are outwith our control, cannot be refunded and are the responsibility of the customer.
This return policy does not affect your statutory rights.
